Karpathos is the southern island of the Dodekanese.
The island is located between Crete and Rhodes and connected with both
and Athens
by ferries and airplanes.
It's a mounty island with a length of 75 km and a width
of 15 km. The highest mountain, Kali Limni, is 1215 meters high and considered the highest top of all Dodekanese. The island counts twelve villages and eight thousand of inhabitants.

it ideal for wind surfers.
